Meet LCOC Employee Billy Legrand!
Billy has been a meal delivery driver and center aide at our Ceredo Senior Center for two years.
Billy and his wife, Tamara, share 5 children and 2 beautiful granddaughters. In his spare time, he likes hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
Billy says he enjoys helping and talking to seniors who don’t get out of the house often. He also states he loves his managers and coworkers at LCOC.

At Harts Senior Center, there are many opportunities to get involved. We are always looking for volunteers to help with making the center a fun, beneficial place where older Lincoln County adults can enjoy a hot meal, socialize, and maintain an active, independent lifestyle. Whether you are a community member of any age or an older adult yourself, we invite you to share a favorite hobby, teach a class, help with a fundraiser, or help us help you and your neighbors with a wide range of essential tasks.
