It serves both income-eligible seniors and physically challenged individuals.

Colonel McGhee’s Housing Complex efficiency apartments are clean, well-maintained, and make a great place to call home. Income-eligible residents may be able to receive rental assistance through Section 8 funding provided by The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the West Virginia Housing and Development Fund.
