The Medicaid Personal Care Program includes hands-on, in-home services provided for those who are medically and financially eligible. A medical assessment is completed by a physician. Residents of Wayne or Lincoln County, WV, who require assistance with personal care tasks (bathing, eating, hygiene, etc.) and who are eligible for Medicaid may be eligible for our Personal Care or Homemaker Services. Crystal has worked for LCOC as a registered nurse for 8 years.
Crystal is the proud mother of a 16-year-old son, Isaiah. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Isaiah play tennis, traveling, touring MLB ballparks with her son, spending time with her great niece, and going to church at Lincoln Church of God.
Crystal says she has always had a special place in her heart for the elderly and what she loves most about her job is being able to go do home visits with seniors to check on them.
