Our Mission:

To advocate and provide needed services to the citizens within our service area. To enrich and improve the lives of the elderly and low-income individuals in need through a comprehensive variety of services to promote dignity and quality of life.

Funding Statement:

Lincoln County Opportunity Company, Inc. is funded through The West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services, METRO Area Agency on Aging, United Way of the River Cities, The Meals on Wheels Association, and private donations from community partners.
