Lincoln County Opportunity Company, Inc. was formed to provide programs that serve the needs of seniors and lower income individuals in Lincoln County, WV. Since its inception, Lincoln County Opportunity Company, Inc. has expanded our footprint to serve citizens in Wayne and Logan County, WV, as well.
