If it were not for these brave individuals, we would not have the freedoms that we enjoy today. We are here to help ensure that they are able to enjoy all their freedoms in the comfort of home for as long as possible. We provide an in-home care program designed specifically with the needs of the veteran in mind. Our Veteran In-Home Care Program allows eligible veterans in Lincoln and Wayne County, WV, who have served in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces to continue living in their own homes so they can enjoy the communities they served to protect, instead of in a nursing home.
In-Home Care Services for Veterans
The Veteran In-Home Care Program is a professionally designed in-home care program with services much like our other programs, but specifically designed for those brave folks who served in the United States Military Armed Forces, including the Army, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Navy. If you have an older veteran in your life that needs some assistance to continue living in the comfort of his or her own home as opposed to entering a nursing home, our Veterans Program may be the perfect solution. Assistance is available to help with a wide range of personal care needs from assistance with daily living tasks to hygiene help and much more. Following assessment, eligible individuals will be provided with the services required to continue living safely in the comfort of their own home.
Eligibility – Veteran In-Home Care Program
In-home care through our Veteran In-Home Care Program is open to qualifying residents in Wayne and Lincoln County, WV who have served in the United States Military Armed Forces, including the Army, Marines, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard. Medical eligibility is determined by a VA doctor.
