Alzheimer's & Dementia Care / Caregiver Respite

Family Alzheimer's In-Home Respite (F.A.I.R.) is a program that provides personalized care for individuals with Alzheimer's or a related dementia. This service provides stimulation companionship, activities and socialization for the person with dementia, while giving the caregiver a break. Available in Lincoln and Wayne County, WV.

Lighthouse Program

In-Home Mobility, Hygiene, Nutrition, and Light Housekeeping Support

This program provides personal in-home care, mobility, nutrition, and light housekeeping services for seniors who may not meet the financial guidelines to qualify for Medicaid. Available in Lincoln, Wayne, and Logan County, WV.
